My stay was quite an experience! The hotel's location in mid-Manhattan is simply unbeatable, with iconic spots just blocks away. While the room offered the view I requested, I did face an issue with the flickering bathroom light, which was quite distracting. The dining options were limited and not very satisfying. On the brighter side, the staff was pretty helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. All in all, it had its ups and downs, but the location definitely makes it worth considering.

Rooms
6.0
The room was a bit small and faced a building wall, but it had the view I requested. Unfortunately, I had an annoying issue with the bathroom light strobing on and off at night.
Service
7.0
The service was decent overall, and the housekeeping staff did their job well.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location is perfect! It’s right in mid-Manhattan, with the Empire State Building and Grand Central Station just a few blocks away, surrounded by lively restaurants and spots.
Dining
5.0
Dining left a lot to be desired. The grab-and-go options were minimal and not very appealing, and the cafeteria was often closed. I expected better variety for the price.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities seemed adequate, although I didn't get a chance to enjoy many of them, particularly since the terrace looked cluttered and uninviting.

6.0/10

I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. The room was clean and had an amazing city view with floor-to-ceiling windows, but I found it a bit cramped and could hear my neighbors' conversations. The service was decent, and the location was great for exploring Manhattan, but the dining experience left much to be desired with a very basic breakfast offering. Overall, while the value for money was okay, there were some drawbacks that could be improved.

Rooms
6.0
The room had a fantastic city view with floor-to-ceiling windows, but it felt small, and I could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms. There weren't enough accessible plugs for working.
Service
7.0
The service provided was satisfactory overall, though nothing stood out as exceptional.
Location
9.0
The hotel is located on one of the nicer avenues, making it convenient for getting around and seeing the main sights in Manhattan. Plus, it is away from the bustling 34th and 5th Avenue area, which was refreshing.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was quite disappointing—it consisted of just a box with yogurt, an apple, and a muesli bar, which is far from what I expected when booking with breakfast included.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel didn't really have outstanding facilities; the common seating areas were limited, with only two armchairs available.

6.0/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I appreciated the convenience of showers before my flight. While the location is close to some great brunch spots, the lobby area felt cramped due to ongoing renovations. Dining options were also disappointing, as the nearby café was often too crowded. Overall, it's a decent stay but has its drawbacks.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were very spacious and clean, equipped with everything I needed. However, I found it a bit challenging to grab coffee in the mornings at the nearby shop due to the cold weather in NYC.
Service
7.0
Housekeeping did a great job keeping my room clean, and valet parking was smooth, although I didn't find any exceptionally memorable service.
Location
6.0
The hotel is situated on Park Avenue, which is nice, but the lobby area was quite small and cramped for the number of guests, especially with part of it closed off during my stay.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a letdown; I received vouchers for a nearby café that was always packed. I felt misled about the breakfast options and found the overall experience underwhelming.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were minimal, primarily due to the ongoing renovations. The reduced lobby area certainly lacked the spaciousness you would expect from a hotel of this type.

6.2/10

The hotel has a lot of potential with its spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Manhattan, close to major attractions. However, the service could be improved, especially with housekeeping not cleaning daily, and the dining options were quite limited. Overall, it offers good value for the price, but there are some areas that need attention.

Rooms
7.0
My room was quite spacious for NYC, featuring a lovely bed that provided amazing comfort, but the level of luxury felt a bit underwhelming. I did notice that housekeeping wasn't as thorough, as the room wasn't vacuumed every day.
Service
5.0
Service was a bit lacking; I had to go to reception just to grab a drink, and there seemed to be a shortage of staff around at times.
Location
9.0
The location is perfect, right in mid-Manhattan. I had easy access to metro stations and was just a short walk from the Empire State Building and Grand Central Station. The area was lively with lots of nightlife options nearby.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were disappointing; the only place I could grab something was outside the hotel at a cafeteria, which unfortunately was often closed. There was a $20 charge per room for meals, but it was tough to find a decent meal under $30 nearby.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were satisfactory but not particularly impressive. The lobby was quite limited during my stay since it was closed for most of the time, which made the atmosphere feel cramped.

I had a decent stay at Park Hotel, where the rooms were basic but came with a nice balcony that I enjoyed during the evenings. While the location was fairly accessible and close to major sights, the lobby's limited space due to ongoing renovations made it a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the dining options exceeded my expectations, providing a great experience that made me want to dine in rather than explore elsewhere. Overall, the value for money was reasonable, but there were a few areas that could use some improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were basic and nothing to write home about, but we did have a balcony which was nice to relax in.
Service
7.0
Housekeeping was efficient and the valet parking service was helpful as well.
Location
7.0
The location was not the nicest but it was an easy walk to Madison Square Garden and Times Square, which was convenient for seeing the main sights.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was surprisingly good and we found ourselves enjoying the food so much that we didn't think about dining out.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were basic; the lobby was closed for part of my stay, making it less practical and spacious.
